By accessing or using Trendlift ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Trendlift is an AI-powered platform that identifies trending topics and generates digital products such as ebooks, checklists, prompt packs, and other digital content. The Service is operated by Trendlift LLC, a company incorporated in the United States.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at legal@trendlift.ai.
Trendlift offers a free plan with limited generations and a Pro plan at $49/month. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You retain full ownership of all digital products generated through the Service. Trendlift grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, modify, distribute, and sell any content generated using the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated products.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to attempt to circumvent any usage limits or access controls. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Trendlift LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.
In no event shall Trendlift LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
